When we can have differentiated career and interest options for children, why can’t there be enough types of career profiles and options created for teachers? What if teachers and professionals could take on additional roles like the school Chief Technology Officer or Data Scientist or Head of Game based Learning and Assessments?
What if teachers re-envisioned their roles to become curators, weavers, and pattern builders? What if teachers also became makers and explorers? What if we educated teachers in newer ways of learning, not just teaching? Some interesting questions on teacher professional development from my book WhatIfEdu!
